I haven't the faintest idea on what Vlad looks like, the only thing that is really given out is that he's light-skinned, has black hair, and his eyes flash purple 
So I made my own interpretation! 
This is chibi Vladimir Tod (because that's the only version that I can really do pretty well
), and he's reading out of his daddy's journal, drinking a nice glass of blood, and eating Aunt Nelly's chocolate chip cookies!!! 
Done in Seminar whilst waiting to go on our field trip to the California Science Center
